Stage 2- Building Permit and Documentations

We will prepare all the necessary paperworks so you can be stress-free.  We will take care of the sets of blueprints, plans and details that is required for the building permits signed and sealed by licensed architects and engineers.

 

Stage 3- Construction

Be worry free and just watch how your dream space being built efficiently. From permits to material procurement and all the labor requirements that is essential to complete the project on time, we will handle it! Our tough-tested and extremely experienced architects, engineers and project management team guarantees to satisfy, and even exceed your criteria- with utmost service level. We ensure that our dedicated project manager is available regularly on-site to guarantee that the project is on time and within the budget.

 

Stage 4- Post Construction Service Warranty

We strive to give you the best quality of works beyond your expectations as such as possible. ICONBUILDERS provides 6- months warranty period from acceptance by the owner against all defects in worksmanship.  Repairs and replacement shall be made immediately as soon as owner reports defects if any. We also provide 10- years warranty for any structural defects and we strictly comply to building code and safety.
