With a minimum acceptance fee, we can start turning your dream into reality. This will cover the planning, design and estimations, as well as the necessary documentations as a requirement in acquiring the governmental permits. Following that, processing fees will be based on the prevailing fees as prescribed by your locality.

By the time the documentations are completed, and you’d like to avail PAG-IBIG or Bank financing; our friendly team can assist you in presenting the project proposal with the bank assessor.

 

We are requiring  down payment for the commencement of construction, after which the remaining balance shall be billed and paid on progress basis.
